Clinical fellowship: 6-12 months starting November/May Observer: open
Requirements
Qualification in neurosurgery Occupational Health Check For Clinical fellowship : Fluent French language (DALF level C1 or C2) and ability to pass requirements for valid Visa (for non UE applicants).
Financial Support
Salary for Clinical fellowship. Base salary (“faisant fonction d’interne”) is 1250 Euros + on-calls

Department Details
The Department of Neurosurgery at the Hôpital Femme Mère Enfant, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Lyon has 14 beds in a neurosurgical unit which admits patients up to 18 years of age. In addition, pediatric patients are looked after in the specialized intensive care, neonatal intensive care and critical care unit. The neurosurgical service is actively supported by other specialties: neuro-anaesthesists, neuroradiologists, neuro-ophthalmologists, neuro-pathologists, genetists, intensivists and neonatologists. Furthermore social workers and physiotherapists are assigned to the neurosurgical service.
