ISPN Course 2017 - Minsk, Belarus

Dear colleagues!

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this Inaugural Congress of the Eurasian Association of Pediatric Neurosurgeons (EAPN) which will be held in Minsk, Belarus between November 29th and December 1st 2017. It was my great honour to attend the meeting at the Burdenko Neurological Institute, Moscow in November 2016 at which the EAPN was founded and at which this inaugural Congress was planned. I therefore look forward to this wonderful initiative which I hope will bring many people together to further the care of children with neurosurgically related conditions.

During this meeting, we shall be holding an ISPN Teaching course which will cover a number of topics including Hydrocephalus, Congenital Malformations of the Head and Spine, Neurotrauma and surgical aspects of Paediatric Neuro Oncology. The faculty who are giving of their time represent a huge experience in the field of Paediatric Neurosurgery and will, I know, provide stimulating and highly educational sessions.

I look forward to meeting you in Minsk and wish the EAPN a very successful inaugural Congress.
