The Call for Bids process to host the 55th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery – ISPN 2029 is now open.
Who can send in a bid proposal
Bids will be accepted from any active individual ISPN member who has the ability to serve as the Annual Meeting Chair. If there is a national or regional pediatric neurosurgery society, the bid must be supported by that organization, as well as by the member’s national neurosurgical society.
How to submit
The first step in the Call for Bids process is to submit a Letter of Intent (please use the standard template from the bid guidelines). The deadline to submit the Letter of Intent is 20 March 2026.
The ISPN Executive Board will pre-select up to 3 proposals that will be invited to proceed with the preparation of a full bid.
The full bid is to be prepared in collaboration with the ISPN Professional Congress Organizer, and is to be submitted by 5 July 2026.
